Different Listening time for different titles

Hey guys, is it okay to have different listening times for different titles in a stack?

For example say my stack now is Stark and BDLM. Can I listen to Stark for 3 mins and BDLM for one min?

Or do they have to be the same duration?

I find that I can only handle certain subs at lower listening times thats why.

Yeah. Some titles may not need as much as other titles for you to take them in and express them.

Just gotta experiment and find the right amount of time.

Yes of course. I have recon from WB if I listen for more than 3 minutes. But I have no problem with Phoenix’s 15 minutes.

Have you tried 15 minutes of WB? For some reason I seem to get LESS recon when I do the full 15 minutes, but I get recon if I do any less (3 min, 5 min, 7 min, etc) :man_shrugging: maybe the sub gets so pounded into my head from 15 minutes that my mind just submits or something lol

Yes, very bad headache. Also headache from less time, like 7 minutes. With 3 minutes did not get that.

Oh, I’ve been getting headaches off an on for the past couple days, I thought it was from being sick but maybe it’s recon from the subs :sweat_smile: hopefully not

I know when a headache is from subs because painkillers that usually work on headaches do not work on this type of headache despite that the pain is quite the same.

The funny thing is that overload shows differently. Like much worse sleep. Then I know I listened to too much and need probably one more extra rest day.
