I received an email 4 hours ago saying my order is done processing. On the Q store site it shows as complete but I have checked (and double-checked) and I didn’t receive the AWS download link
Make sure to check your Spam, there was a post somewhere that it might end up in your Spam somehow. As there are two different emails for Q.
All my folders, tabs, and grouped emails have been thoroughly checked

You deleted your email? Consider sending a Support Ticket, since I’m not sure where else you’ll find it other than your email. Maybe check your account in the Quintessence store as well. Did you delete your Custom?
