I wasn’t sure if posting order number / ticket number is ok here, iirc purchase screenshots are not ok so I’m being cautious. If the number is ok I’ll update the post.
I bought customs before, which was fine, but on the latest one I just didn’t get the link to the download. I even got a gmail of the order being completed but not one for the link.
Go ahead and post the order number so I can look into it.
