Did I Just Mess Up My Emperor Cycle?

Hey guys, here’s my remaining listening schedule

8/10 Day 15: Emperor
9/10 Day 16: Off day
10/10 Day 17: Emperor
11/10 Day 18: Off day
12/10 Day 19: Emperor + 1 full loop Ascension Chamber
13/10 Day 20: Off day
14/10 Day 21: Emperor

The problem is I can’t remember if I listened on Day 15 (8/10) and today DAY 16 (9/10) is supposed to be an off day but I ended up listening anyway.

Did I just mess up my schedule? Should I stop the cycle now and take a 5-day washout?

I’m honestly lost on how to continue because every time I try to do a full Emperor cycle something ends up breaking the pattern.

What would you do if you were me?

just take 2 rest days and continue with your cycle like this situation never happened. Messing up schedule once doesn’t break the cycle, nor nullifies your progress

and log your listening sessions

Highly recommend using Excel to track when you’ve listened.

Something like this:

It should help with knowing when to do it.

On your next listening day skip it, lower time, and keep going until washout

No big deal.

Carry on as normal. Or just take an extra rest day and then carry on as normal no need for a5 day washout

And when all else fails, wash the brush. Shake off the excess (stack washout). And then Dave, it gives me great pleasure to tell you, you can most pleasantly beat the devil outta it. And then, if you want, you can add just a shade of titanium white such as love bomb to really make that area pop out!

I just took 5 days of washout.Tmr I will listen to emperor again,this time will keep note of when I listened.Thanks for all the replies!I know what to do when If I happen to miss a day or over listen now.
