Howdy! So im diagnosed with ADD (can’t focus, not interested in learning new stuff, constant yawning etc). I saw some posts on forum that DR might help but im too lazy to use multistage program. Can I use DR Ultima?

Welcome and I highly recommend going through the stages in order for at least sixty days each prior to running Dragon Reborn Ultima.
As someone with severe ADHD themselves I seriously doubt it’s laziness as much as impulse control.
How old are you?

Nope. You should go through the entire program.
However I can relate and feel you man. The commitment is a difficult one for people like us.
However I can’t say DR helped me with procrasination or anything like that.

Im 19 years old.
I know from experience how being patient and taking the time can be borderline painful but short of begging I will stress going through the stages .
I would have given anything to have Dragon Reborn when I was 19

So its possible to run DR for, lets say, 10 days?
If you’re looking for a minimum for each stage nothing less than thirty days each. That’s four months. It will pass before you know it.

Listening to an audio for 1 to 4 hours a day.
Other programs you might want to consider are Paragon Complete Ultima and Quantum Limitless. I don’t know if they will help with ADD, but if I had it I would get those.

I really recommend you to go through all stages for at the very least 30 days. That said if you are urgent to get these symptoms on control because of exams or whatever, than i would recommend to just do limitless executive and/or quantum limitless stage 1. DR definitely helped a lot for me after a month, but during the first 3 weeks of both stages ive done so far, it was only harder to concentrate and productivity was at an alltime low. DR will fix it longterm, but it wont be super fast.
