It is a long time I wanted that subclub create a Deep relaxation/hypnosis/stress buster/meditation file. But now I have it, through a custom file. The modules are :

  1. Deep State : (hypnosis, meditation)

  2. Sanguine core : (stress, optimism)

  3. Genesis core

  4. Safety net : (security feelings)

  5. Stonelike : (physical relax)

  6. LBFH core

  7. Sanctuary: (Inner world)

  8. Mountain breaker: (breaking obstacles)

  9. Monk mode: (detach, inner work)

  10. Eye of the storm (control over bad habits)

  11. Harmonic Singularity (relax mind/body)

  12. Ego Adsum (present moment)

  13. Iron Frame (calm in stressful situation)

  14. Lion IV (relaxed and powerful)

  15. Stress displacement

  16. Steadfast (rock in stressful situation)

  17. invincible presence (respect, confidence)

  18. Total nonchalance (deep calm)

  19. Ever present (in the moment)

  20. Foundation (strong when storm)

I think it is the ultimate “Relaxed Man” file for now

When you say ‘hypnosis’ you mean yourself being able to enter hypnotic states, right? Not you guiding others.

Better control of my breath/sweat when talking but it is too early. I just told myself to relax and talk. It was a real tense meeting with 2 guys who can be intimidating. But I stood my ground, no problem

breakthrough yesterday: during a dream a beautiful woman kissed me, and I felt all my stress, worry, anxiety suddenly melting and totally disappeared, blasted. Followed a feeling of freedom I had never felt in my life. Since then when I feel a little bit uneased, or worried,I just think back at this dream and these feelings are again blasted ! the subconscious created some kind of trigger mecanism that I will have to cultivate.
