Deep fears and choosing a sub

Recently, I’ve been experiencing very intense subconscious fear and hopelessness when I listen to subliminals. This has triggered episodes of depression, apathy, great distress, and all kinds of strange physical symptoms, which continue to affect me long after I stop listening. It didn’t used to be like this when running subs. This reaction began after I pushed myself too hard by using a potent subliminal from a different producer for an extended period, almost a year ago. My identity is strongly rooted in insecurities and negative self-perceptions, and dismantling it would require rebuilding most of my identity. I think my subconscious is terrified of that. Perhaps that is where the fear comes from, although I’m not entirely sure. Unfortunately, my determination in the past to push through this process inadvertently amplified the fear response, making it much greater in intensity.

I have limited experience with subliminals from this place, but not with subliminals in general. My goal is to calm my distressed nervous system and subconscious and facilitate healing so that I can overcome this block. My questions are:

  1. Do you believe subliminals from here can help me overcome this fear?
  2. Which subliminal or subliminals would be best suited to assist me with this?
  3. What would be a good way to use them without overwhelming my subconscious too much?

Thank you

I would strongly recommend you bring this up to a support ticket and @answergroup as there seems to be a question about safety

In order to use subliminal club subliminals, you have to agree to at least acknowledge the following rules, and understand that if you deviate from these, you’re willingly going against safety recommendations

  1. You completely stop listening to ALL other subliminals. No youtube. No other producers. No mantras repeated rapid fire.

  2. You follow listening recommendations. No more than 3 SubClub titles at a time, no more than a 1 day on, 1 day off cycle, etc. Check official guidelines.

  3. You follow washout/break recommendations. No more than 21 days of listening (with 1 day on 1 day off schedule) in a row before taking a 5+ day break. In 21 days, that means you get about 10 rest days and 11 listening days, before needing to take a break.

So with everything that will come for you in terms of advice and help, it’s under those expectations. We can’t help you if you break those.

First of all, submit a support ticket about which subliminals help remove negative programming from other subliminals.

I believe that is LBFH, and Dragon Reborn. I’m not sure about any others.

Dragon Reborn would be too powerful and rough for you and your circumstance, IMHO, just based on the limited info you gave, but LBFH is an amazing first subliminal, and doesn’t focus on HEALING NEGATIVITY but instead ADDING POSITIVITY

The difference is in traumas and not reactivating them, just overwriting them with positivity.

Another subliminal that could be good for you is Sanguine; Elixir

It combines two subs, sanguine and elixir.

Sanguine is just pure positivity and optimism, calm, peace. It’s a “reconciliation reducer.” AKA makes hard subs easier.

Elixir is a healing subliminal that doesn’t go back to childhood traumas and root causes, it starts by healing what’s most pressing in the present moment so you can feel good now and then slowly works backwards from there. It also removes negative limiting beliefs that may come up from other subs. People run Sanguine: Elixir with wealth subs so that they feel positive on the daily about taking action on their wealth goals, but also so that Elixir can heal their limiting wealth beliefs & wealth cielings.

LBFH is a free subliminal. You can either start by solo’ing it. Or by stacking it with sanguine: elixir. Or even another subliminal like Genesis which has a very wide reaching effect, helps people find purpose, enables emotional transmutation… not by “healing” but by “dissolving” problems enough so that you can heal through them your own conscious action.

Read the sales page for all three subs.

And then what I would do in your shoes is listen to subliminals MAXIMUM twice a week. Tues/Fri, as an example. Probably even once a week to start.

Welcome to SC!

I’m sorry to hear that, i have some bad experiences with other subliminal producers too. It’s annoying when a sub does that.

I believe they can. Here are what i recommend you to do:

  • do a washout before using subs again if you haven’t done it. 2 to 4 weeks should be enough.
A washout means not using any subs for a period of time.
  • you mentioned that you have depression, great distress, and more. check with a medical professional first if you haven’t.

Dragon Reborn has breakdown scripting in it to help you with healing from undesirable results from other subs you’ve used in the past.

But DR is not recommended for someone new to SC. I would recommend you to start from one of these subs:

  • Sanguine: The Elixir. This sub will help you heal and become calmer

  • Ascension.

Since you mentioned that, ascension is a great sub to start addressing these issues

  • A Love Bomb For Humanity.
It has tranquility & healing scripting in it. And it’s also free. It’s still one of my favorite subs even after using other subs here.
  1. Follow the pdf instruction you get after purchasing a sub.
  2. Again, follow the instruction, don’t use any other listening patterns except for the ones in the pdf. It doesn’t matter if you see it in the sales page or in this forum. Only follow the pdf.
  3. Use microloops. this is a long topic, but essentially it’s about not starting from 15 minutes straight away. You can start from 1 minute when you first listen to a sub, then increase the duration by 1 minute each time you listen to the sub.
  4. Start from only 1 sub first. The results will be faster and you’ll get less reconciliation.

I wish the best for you!

Also, Sanguine Elixir could be a good choice.

I understand. Both of you suggested trying LBHF, and since it’s free, I’ll probably begin with that one. If it works well, I’ll add Sanguine Elixir later on. As for Ascension, that is definitely something I would like to run at some point as well.

Regarding microloops, I have read quite a bit about that and I see people who use intervals as short as 30 seconds and having great results with it. I think that sounds like a good way to start.

And thank for your assistance; it’s greatly appreciated.

Lots of valuable of information. Thank you.

I do have a question, though. You mentioned starting with a maximum of two days a week of listening. What about doing 30-second loops every other day? Or do you think that might be pushing it too much?

Yes! i really recommend it.
I used 4 subs with 30s microloops and they worked way better than I expected.

Good luck with your journey!

For context, I’m speaking from caring more about your safety than anything else. Also, to effectively run a 30s loop of a title, it’s best to run the title at least once for 3+ minutes.

When subliminals work well, it’s amazing how much change you undergo during the “off day” periods. It’s best to totally rewire yourself to realize the power of rest days. More rest than listening.

I’d say do this…

First week, just listen to LBFH once for 3 minutes and then take a 7 day break. See how you feel. You have a lot of “baggage” and like I said, safety over everything.

If you feel good after 7 days, listen to it 2x the next week. That’s it. Tue/Fri or 2 days spread evenly apart.

If on the third week, you still feel good, add in a 30s loop on a third day.

Tue: 3 min

Thu: 30s

Sat: 3 min

I personally prefer the 3 min loops over any other time control. I never listen to 15 mins of a sub unless it’s paragon sleep or sanguine elixir, which I find easy to run.

If that schedule doesn’t give you recon, stick with that.

If it DOES give you recon you can’t handle, then maybe test out the same schedule but with 1 min loops instead of 3. Or just stick to 1 day per week of whatever time control gives you a 3/10 on the recon scale … enough to suggest discomfort but manageable growth

Thank you!

Thanks for sharing this schedule.

I’ll start with this approach then. I’ve always been used to the idea of pushing through my subconscious fears to overcome them. In my case, there’s some intense subconscious fear that just doesn’t seem to fade regardless of what I do. My nervous system is always on edge, and my body can’t seem to relax anymore. This gentle approach, which seems to be the focus here, is a bit new to me, but I’m hopeful that it might help things improve this time around.

What’s the longest break that you have taken from listening to subs?

Took a break from subs for 6 months after I got into a really bad rut with a competitor’s sub. Whatever that subliminal brought up, it proved to be way too overwhelming for me. Strangely, I continued running it despite the intensity until I just couldn’t anymore. It left a lasting impact on both my mental and physical well-being. Since then, I haven’t felt quite the same.

During the 6-month break, did you find a significant improvement in the disruptive thoughts, emotions, and sensations that you described above?

No, there was almost no improvement

Edit, constipation which I had during the time improved significantly.

I suggest that you also explore non-subliminal therapeutic resources.

Have you already done so?

I’ve had some experience with therapy, but I never managed to stay consistent with it.

Oh, I just remembered, I used to practice a meditation called ‘kirtan kriya’ for 11 minutes a day for a period. It did help calm my system down a lot. Unfortunately, I couldn’t maintain a consistent practice because it started causing reverse problems if I got into longer streaks.
