Deadly sins of Mental Alchemy

What are the most critical mistakes people make when they dabble in Mental Alchemy (mind programming) in your opinion?

Here are my seven deadly sins of Mental Alchemy:

  1. Not sufficient introspection (Who “am I”? What are my issues? What should I work on most? etc.).
  2. No setting goals for the sub you’ve chosen.
  3. No tracking of the progress.
  4. Overexposing.
  5. The shiny object syndrome (switching your subs all the time).
  6. Coping with recon in negative ways (masturbation, overeating, drinking alcohol, etc.).
  7. No taking action.

edit:
8. Making yourself feel guilty or ashamed for committing a sin of Mental Alchemy (RVconsultant)
