What are the most critical mistakes people make when they dabble in Mental Alchemy (mind programming) in your opinion?
Here are my seven deadly sins of Mental Alchemy:
- Not sufficient introspection (Who “am I”? What are my issues? What should I work on most? etc.).
- No setting goals for the sub you’ve chosen.
- No tracking of the progress.
- Overexposing.
- The shiny object syndrome (switching your subs all the time).
- Coping with recon in negative ways (masturbation, overeating, drinking alcohol, etc.).
- No taking action.
