DDR4 and Beyond

I’m having a hard time with DRR4 for some reason. After Monday’s loop, I’ve had to push myself to listen to today’s loop (Wednesday) because something within was desperate to avoid it. I haven’t had the best few days as I’ve been falling back into some old habits and I’ve also been urged to switch up subliminal stacks. I thoughts I’d write here again in a journal to help push through. The plan is to run through DRR1-4 again after completing the stage 4 but adding another sub on the next run.

I basically did a loop right now, as I wrote this journal. Man, I don’t know how I’m feeling really. A bit of Pantera blasting in my ears is helping though. I’ve been doing an offline journal and other therapy work so I’m right in the thick of it.

Sounds like classic recon. Consider a pull back to 3 min for now, and a gradual build up again to 5.

Yeah def recon, I’m still in it today. I’ll take your advice and drop back to 3 minute loops. I only do 3 loops per week, ST1 was rough recon wise, but the exposure levels @ 5 minute loops, 3 times per week has been working well until now (ST4).

I ran a loop mid morning, accidentally going slightly over the 3 minute mark. Afterwards, I felt removed from the sensory high I was on and became more reflective. I wondered why I’m such a procrastinator. Despite it, I busted my arse and got a lot done today.

Did dropping to 3min help?

Yeah I think so, this is now the day after the loop. I’m feeling a bit flighty but the normal positive and hopeful vibes are there again.

if it’s still a bit hectic drop a little more. I often will rotate between 30s and 3min on a title. Which now that we know ZP is essentially a mini 4-stager title in itself, is like the equivalent of listening to Stage 1 of the title sometimes, and listening to more full stages other times. Stage 1 makes the rest of the listening process smooth.

Ah ok, thanks for the advice. I will try that out (alternating 30s and 3min loops) because I’m still feeling a bit blah over the weekend.
