Cutting off the anxiety trigger

I’m not sure if this is within the realm of subliminals but I am curious if it’s at all possible to heal unresolved trauma with either The Elixir or Dragon Reborn while at the same time learning to stop yourself from going into an anxiety or panic loop with Quantum Limitless?
I read somewhere where someone called anxiety a conspiracy theory against yourself
I hate being anxious. It makes problem solving unnecessarily difficult

Hey man, this is kinda off topic but still related to anxiety.

Do you a high protein diet?
Do you consume a lot of caffeine?

The adrenal glands are related to anxiety and nervous system disorders.

The parathyroid is related to depression/calcium utilization.

High protein diets damage the kidneys/adrenals and stimulants cause biofeedback to adrenals. I’d highly recommend you look into an adrenal glandular and/or an adrenal herbal supplement while removing stimulants and reducing protein. Used with paragon + CFW might be one hell of a turn around.

It seems to me that anxiety is an ongoing issue with you from threads I’ve read.

I’ve only run one program from subclub and that’s CFW solo where I’m close to finishing a 21 day cycle. I can say honestly that my baseline level of anxiety had reduced by dare I say 50%. In stressful moments anxiety creeps in but the 95% it’s very low.

Hope this helps

That’s an interesting idea. Can you recommend any resources to learn more about it?

Short answer would be searching about the protein myth. I’ve followed Dr. Morse (youtube) for 4+ years, did the detox, changed diet and got my kidneys filtering after dry fast. He has many vids, narrow it down to adrenals or use http://www.rawfigs.com or grapegate.com to search his archives.

I’ll look into those. Thank you.

Anxiety has been one of my struggles in life and when I’m in the zone and on a keto diet it does cut down anxiety for me. I’m able to do a carb up once a week or once every two weeks with no problems with increasing symptoms.

Here’s a post from a psychology professor who says it really helps with her anxiety and ocd as well.
