Customs listening protocol advice (and core choice advice!)

Hey all,

My stack, starting shortly, is going to be two customs, each with two cores.
I’m not sure whether this counts as a 3-sub stack (due to having a total of 4 cores), and hence should follow the Alternating listening pattern for a stack of 3 titles (from the current Instruction Manual)?

Or, since it’s two customs, just listen to both on the same day; one in the morning and one in the evening, for example? And hence follow the standard 2-title listening pattern (one day on, one day off)?

If it helps, for context, the two cores in each custom are pretty well-aligned and related, with no more than 10 modules in each.

Custom 1: Paragon & Paragon Sleep (both are the 2026 versions; and would probably listen to this custom in the evenings)

Custom 2: Wanted Dream Boy & Summertime.

Another option is just to run a WDB custom solo (alongside the Paragon & Paragon Sleep custom).
But I recall @SaintSovereign talking about how well-aligned WDB and Summertime were, hence why I got the idea to run both titles in a custom (and because both titles hugely appeal to me, for various reasons which I can discuss should you wish)

Anyway, hope you all can advise

How many modules in each?

This
9 in the Paragon & Paragon Sleep custom, 10 in the WDB & Summertime custom, to be exact

You’re fine with this. I’d say trying running them on separate days for a week or two and see how you feel.

Alternating days to start. You’ll want a little extra processing time with 2 customs.

Thanks to you both!
One other thing I’m wondering though, is whether to just run WDB as a solo custom (same 10 modules, but no Summertime) alongside the Paragon & Paragon Sleep custom.

I definitely have the ‘guard up’ and hyper-vigilant nervous system, and nervous system dysregulation generally. But on the other hand, I’m starting a some new things right now (just joined a mentorship/coaching programme for life change, diet, weight-loss, mindset etc), trying to get out of a period of depression (hence signing up for that programme) and really don’t want to be dealing with bad recon during the next 6 months :flushed:

Summertime is a strange title in that, as I read through the product copy and objectives, especially the first time, I found myself feeling repulsed by some and being massively drawn to others.

I’m pretty sure this title is likely to give me a lot of recon for this very reason.

Conversely I think if I run it for a substantial length of time (6 months+?), the benefits could be incalculable and genuinely transformative for me.
But yeah… ironically, right now I just want to be happy and productive
And plus a single core custom would get me down to 3 cores total, which would be more optimal.
And I’d love to see WDB doing its thing as I grow and change.

So. Thoughts, suggestions?
