Customised Subliminal in a Stack

Hi,

I have recently purchased a customised Subliminal, with just two cores,
Regeneration and Elixir.

Can a customised subliminal be used as part of a stack or is it stand-alone? I ran Ascension for 2 rounds of 21 days and I got really good results and I was just wondering if I can use it alongside my customised subliminal.

Ascension is my first Subliminal.

A custom is considered one title. I have 2 customs in my stack 1 has 3 cores and the other has 2 cores and Im fine.

You can run Ascension and your custom on the same days (if you choose to) at 1 loop per sub/custom.
