Customer Support

Hi - I have been trying to get ahold of some sort of customer service and I have received nothing. I have been trying to log into the Support page to submit a ticket, but I need to reset my password. I have requested a password reset link several times with no response. I have tried reaching out via email, and have received no response. The reason I need to submit a support ticket is that I need a refund as I accidentally purchased a title that I already purchased earlier this year. Can anyone help with this?

Did you open a new account on. The support page?
It doesn’t work with your subliminalclub.com credentials.
You need an individual account for the major titles shop, for the forum, for the q store (to buidl customs) and the support hub.
If you didn’t actually open an account at the support site and tried to get a new password with you shop credentials, it can’t work.

Hi Thank you for responding! Yes, I have a separate account for the support page, that has different credentials than my shopping account. I even tried creating a new account, but It recognized my username. I then requested a password reset several times a few days ago without any response.

Sending you a PM now, respond there with the order number and I’ll send your refund request to support. Also, send me the name of your previous account on support and I’ll delete it, allowing you to create a new one.
