Can a custom ultima core be built as a regular custom?

Some Ultima Cores can be used in a regular custom. As one example, RICH Ultima Core can be used in a regular (20 module max) custom.

Kinda. Some of them aren’t written for long-term programming. R.I.C.H. is written that way. The Executive, for example, isn’t.

It’ll lose its ability to serve as a booster, but will work great for long term programming. It’ll still work quite well for that use.

Would be nice to see some kind of rating on how well different Ultima Cores work for regular custom.

I am curious about how Paragon, Beast within, Dreams and Commander, might work. (Individually and/or together)
