in what way does anvil of hephaestus and legacy of spartan work together?
Will anvil of hephaetus help in gaining muscle faster than usual, I read an article regarding How MMA fighters gain 20 pounds of muscle in one month and it is totally possible, can it help in that regard?

Hey, this looks a lot like my physical shifting custom. 
I’m currently on the third iteration of it and this third iteration will probably be the final iteration for a while, so I have a thing or two to say.
Firstly, a question: is this meant to be a physical shifting custom? It seems like it and from this:

Physical shifting can take a long time, which means that you need to be able to run your physical shifting custom for months and months on end (possibly years) in order to see the maximum results. That’s not a bad thing, but what it DOES mean is that you want to be careful with what you put in your physical shifting custom because you want to make sure that you’re going to be able to run this thing for months to years on end. Of course, you can always build another custom and iterate, as I have done, but it’s best to be able to stick with a custom for at least a few months before you change things.
I got through 1 cycle with version 2 of my physical shifting custom before I realized that I needed to rethink things. My latest version 3, took about 3 weeks to build because I had to really make sure that all the modules I included would make as much sense now as they might in a year or more.
Many fail with physical shifting because they simply don’t run their physical shifting customs long enough to actually see the results they are looking for. This is why I’m preaching longevity, make sure you can run this thing for the long haul. One way to make sure that you can run your physical shifting custom for the long haul is by keeping it tight, clean, and taking advantage of the main store titles to stack alongside your custom to grow in other areas. In other words–don’t try and fit everything in this custom, stack it with two other awesome titles and run those alongside it.
That also means that you shouldn’t be striving to fill all 20 module spots, you only fill them if you need to. Keep it light and clean brother, light and clean. Faster results, better results, save money, everybody wins.
Now let’s look at what you got.
Right off the bat, I see several modules that I have in my custom and can speak highly of and also feel fit the test for long haul use.
Physicality shifter sexiness and Apollon - Yes, these two should be stacked, great.
Ethereal presence, Entranced, Enchanting Smile - I call this the E-series modules and I’ve used all of them, the only one you have missing is Elegance which I would reccomend, more on that later-- great.
Emperor Fitness height inducer and Male Enhancement - great.
Facial morphing and Head - possibly great, I might have a question about this one. Why both? I don’t need to know, but ask you’re self if you actually need both or if you’re possibly overthinking what you need and falling into the “more is better” type of thinking. If there is nothing directly wrong with your head that you are trying to heal or shift, then facial morphing alongside the others is surely plenty. However, if there is something specific about the head you want to heal or shift, then keep it in there.
Voice master - this is a solid module that I’ve used in customs but I would still like to know why exactly you chose it because it might be redundant alongside the emperor’s voice. Remember, the goal here is something that you can run for months to years, so you wanna make sure your goals are targeted. You can use the same thinking as above. If there is something that you are trying to heal within the voice, then keep the voice master alongside the emperor’s voice, otherwise, the emperor’s voice is probably enough.

What I Would Do
This looks like a really solid custom, here’s what I would do if I were you, I would cut the seduction stuff out and I would cut Genesis core out and add Mosiac for stacking purposes. That stuff is redundant and in my opinion, has no place in your physical shifting custom, unless you have a really targeted goal, because if you really want to grow taller and maximize your beauty, you gotta run this sucker for a while, distractions in your modules will just make it harder to stick to.
So we have:
Legacy of spartan core
Facial morphing
Head
Male enhancement
Emperor fitness height inducer
Physical shifter sexiness
Apollon
Ethereal presence
Entranced
Elegance
Enchanting smile
Voice master
Emperor’s voice
Omnidimensional
Dues
Mosiac
Now that your physical shifting custom is targeted to your physical shifting goals, stack it with Genesis from the main store and a seduction or alpha title. 
You’ll get everything you’re looking for and so much more.
Also, now that you’ve cut out Genesis and all the redundant stuff, you’re not REQUIRED to run Genesis to run your physical shifting custom. You’re custom is now more flexible and stackable.
Example stacks could be
Custom, Genesis, Primal Seduction
Custom, Genesis, Emperor
Custom, Genesis, Stark
The sky is the limit.

I would say make another custom for it if you can, because you wouldn’t get remarkable results if you put together modules that have very different goals.
Can I run emperor with it?
Of course you can.
if you run custom +emperor will it slow down the results?
I don’t think it will, because many on the forum have done that and still got their results.
If your custom is congruent with similar goals as Emperor, it might happen faster.
If your custom is about something different than Emperor, such as healing, it might slow down Emperor’s results.
my custom is based on physical shifting modules
Genesis will help with money. Emperor and or Stark are also great options. Ascension too, and RICH…you got options for money. I would recommend Genesis, Emperor or Stark because they are more comprehensive.
If I stack it with Start will it work good, cause I heard on forum that stark is a lengthy subliminal to run, Is that so?
Depends on the person, but read over the sales copy for Genesis, you won’t be disappointed, it’s literally designed as an entry level sub and has everything: money, romance, confidence, etc.
