5 to 7 business days for customs, unless you paid for 1 day express delivery.

Today (Monday) would be the 5th business day (Assuming Memorial Day last week didn’t push the following days back any).
When you log in on the Q website, does it show “Processing” for the order status still?

How about the status for the actual custom build? The modules are licensed separately from the custom build.

Guys today is technically an off day for some businesses since it’s Juneteenth …… plus weekends don’t count as business days

So if you ordered it on the 13th depending on the time you should have it sometime this week by Wednesday I would think Or Friday
