I’m wondering about the recommended listening pattern for a custom sub, specifically a custom sub plus a major title (WANTED zp, if that matters). Can I follow the ZP instructions and run 1 loop of each every other day or is there a different pattern for customs? Thanks.

No, there is no other custom scheme. You can follow the zp instructions.
