Have a question about stacking a custom with a main program. Do you follow the normal listening pattern if your custom has two cores, for example:
Monday: Custom + Main
Tuesday: Rest
Wednesday: Custom + Main
Or would you want to go as if you had 3 main cores:
Monday: Custom
Tuesday: Off
Wednesday: Main
Thursday: Off.
Friday: Custom?? My custom is large, 20 modules with Emperor and True Sell being the cores, and I am planning on stacking with either spartan or Muay Thai mastery.
Each custom counts as one subliminal.
@Trader Is it better to stack with something related to your custom or would you be fine to stack it with something related to a different focus? For example my custom is highly wealth focused, however I had considered stacking with wanted, would this get in the way of wealth manifestations?
It’s different for everyone. Best advice is try it and see what happens. Some can do that where others need a tight focus.
Try both patterns.
Also, I’d encourage you to try a schedule with 2 rest days in a row.
