I just submitted for a rebuild on original order #2027475. That one had the legacy mask, and I wanted to update to Solace.
When I added options to cart it calculated 50 for the rebuild and 30 to change to Solace, however in checkout it just charged for the rebuild not the mask change?
Sounds like the same annoying glitch I thought we fixed. It’s not your fault. Go ahead and place the order if you haven’t already, and we’ll honor the Solace mask addition. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. We’ll have IT look at it when they’re back to work on Tuesday - Wednesday.
I have a feeling it has been fixed since, my custom rebuild was placed a week ago. Just still waiting on it and didn’t want it to be stuck in a hold.
We generally don’t hold people’s orders based on an issue on our end unless it’s either an extremely broken issue (like giving away entire customs for free or something), or it’s not charging for express. We’ll still honor the order, but it’ll go into the regular queue.

I am trying to use the rebuild feature to upgrade a paragon complete custom to the new Paragon. I used the legacy mask but now I want to change to the solace mask. In the order page it says it is $80, but in the cart and at the check out it would only charge me $50 before discount.
Your rank discount is applied at checkout. Did you ever apply for SubClub Elites?
Yes, the rank disccount was applied. That’s why I wrote the price before applying the rank discount: $50 instead of $80. It would not charge me for the upgrade to Solace mask.
