Custom order “completed” but no download links

I know I am not supposed to post here about this but I have contacted support and didn’t receive any reply. It’s been more than 10 days
My order is “completed” and I haven’t received any download links. This is my first custom. And yes I have checked the spam folder as well.

Please follow to the link and enter your details. If you can’t get a download, put your ticket number and custom number and tag Saint or RV. You’ll see examples in that thread.

Hey, thanks for the help.

I tried putting in the credentials in the tool but it tells me “No files found for this order”.
I have put my ticket number into the thread posted before you by @Moon as well. Let’s hope everything works out fine

Do you use a Gmail account for the orders?
There’s a known problem on the Gmail end of communication.

With Where’s my Custom tool, try typing the “name” you build the custom with and if that didn’t work Try your full name you enter at the Q store (One written in Billing adress part)

Also try writing your order number with # in front.

I believe they didn’t AI automate this feature yet so Q Engineer might have written your information in a way that you need to figure out, so try entering them with the hints i gave you.
