Just checked into your order. It’s still processing. We’re still trying to catch up – R.I.C.H. customs went crazy. I know it’s an inconvenience and we apologize for that, but also everyone, it is not uncommon for a company to become slightly delayed with shipping their products in high demand.
We’re actually looking into building a tool that shows the status of the Q service (if it’s backed up or not). But, that will be later. I have asked Q-Engineer to work double time to clear the queue, which they have graciously accepted. So, expect it soon. Possibly today.
