Custom on hold - Need help

I have recently booked my custom under this email address. However, the status says “on hold - contact support”. I would like to get some help here. I have also submitted a ticket. However, I realize that posting here could potentially result in a faster response, as I did book express service.

Alright, I see the issue. It was a mistake on our part. The item labeled BUILD: Express Service [+$75] is supposed to be hidden from the main store, as it’s added to the cart automatically when you select Express Service for a REGULAR custom. We currently don’t offer Express Service for QTKS. It was placed on hold automatically by the system because there’s no regular custom build attached to it. That’s our mistake.

As such, I’m removing the hold on the order and refunding the Express Service charge, but I can’t 100% guarantee it will be delivered tomorrow. I have asked Q-Engineer to expedite all QTKS orders (including yours – especially if you’ve uploaded your voiceprint) to have them done by tomorrow night given that others may have had the same issue. We have three new products releasing tomorrow, if I can get those out early enough in the day, I’ll jump in and handle it myself.

EDIT: Custom is off “hold,” and the express charge has been refunded. You should’ve received emails regarding both. Your QTKS order is now in the processing queue. Q-Engineer says they’re sure they can hit a delivery time of tomorrow night, EST.

Thank you for the prompt reply. Again I am an old customer. I’ve booked a few customs in the past. I keep on adjusting the modules based on realistic experience. The only thing that I wish is that QTKS could be done sooner. But all good! I will anticipate for the next few days regarding QTKS, if not tomorrow.
