Custom (no email confirmation)

I ordered a custom but got no “quintessence” email confirmation that I usually do, but did get the receipt. Did the order go through? @AnswerGroup

Can you send me your order number? Also, you can check in your account to see if the order posted. If it’s there, it’s on our side too.
