Do you guys still run shorter loops of customs or do y out prefer full loops? Noticed a lot of people seem to be doing the full 15 with customs.
For context I’m an expierienced user, just haven’t ran customs in awhile. Currently doing a two title stack with my custom and SB.

Yes custom and SB 5-7 minutes a day each. I will go over sometimes as well. And I rotate in 30 seconds-3 minutes of another sub occasionally. The last week it was just those two, before that it was a Paragon/LOTS customs.
Last Thursday, I finally ran a full loop of one custom and 12 minutes of the other, and so far it’s been 5 days and I have not yet felt ready to play them again.
I suspect that if I’d played shorter loops, I would have been returning to them sooner.
So, it’s a learning process.

Since the beginning I have run full loops but since 1 month I am doing 3 minutes per Titel and custom and the results are way less intensive but overall way better.
Generally full loops with my custom. On occasions, I’d run 1-10 minutes, just depends on my mental energy. It’s all intuitive for me. Sometimes, it’s less than a minute and I’m out. If remember, there’s a scripting to tell ya when you’re getting overloaded.
Makes me wonder if Informaticon module helps with finding personal loop lengths in a custom, aside from the needed repitions.
