I thought about contacting you with private msg but i know your busy and it could take a while for you to see it.
I ordered a custom on 30th august and was waiting inpatiently for it to arrive in my email
But never saw it and visited my q account and the order was already completed.
Could you look into it pls

If you haven’t already I would check your spam folder first since sometimes it can appear there. If it is not there there I would put your order number on the first post so if some one sees it on here first it can get taken care of, also I would make a support ticket mentioning what you mentioned on here, with the order number included as well.
This happened to me before and after doing what I mentioned above it was handled swiftly.
You’re not the only one, some of us still haven’t got it. Check the tickets thread you’ll see there.

I haven’t received my custom. Ticket number 25630. I had last messaged on this Support Ticket - after Fire messaged, the Q engineer messaged that the custom is delivered and closed the ticket. I reopened it.
Didn’t get an order completed mail too.
