I was hesitating to create a support ticket as I don’t know if I’m just missing something obvious lol.
Basically, I’ve ordered two customs, both orders placed separately, but on the same day (7th May).
I received two emails at the same time, 6 hours ago, saying “Your order is now complete”.
I actually received an email 3 minutes prior to those, titled “Your Custom Zero Point Subliminal Is Now Available!”, along with a download link for the first order.
I’ve successfully downloaded the files for that Custom (thanks!)
However, no download link seems to have been sent for the 2nd order, so I’m not sure what’s happened?
Edited as I just read on another thread that we shouldn’t post order numbers on the public forums.
Am submitting a ticket to the support team.
