Custom delivery question

Hi there,

I was hesitating to create a support ticket as I don’t know if I’m just missing something obvious lol.

Basically, I’ve ordered two customs, both orders placed separately, but on the same day (7th May).
I received two emails at the same time, 6 hours ago, saying “Your order is now complete”.

I actually received an email 3 minutes prior to those, titled “Your Custom Zero Point Subliminal Is Now Available!”, along with a download link for the first order.
I’ve successfully downloaded the files for that Custom (thanks!) :smiley:

However, no download link seems to have been sent for the 2nd order, so I’m not sure what’s happened?

Edited as I just read on another thread that we shouldn’t post order numbers on the public forums.
Am submitting a ticket to the support team.

If it’s ready, I believe you should be able to download it at the link mentioned in the topic Main Disc. Thread: Where Is My Custom

Thanks! I tried that, but it said no files found for this order.
Am going to submit a support ticket I guess.

For me it only finds the files if I enter my first name only, not when I enter my full name.

thanks! I tried that though; with and without # in front of the order number, with and without surname; all combinations. Sadly, none worked.

I’ll check into this.

I planned to start the two customs at the same time, so I’m hoping it will get resolved soon :slight_smile:

Not yet, but I just sent another ping to Support to get this sorted out ASAP.

Oops, my bad. They did ask me for the order number because they can’t seem to find what you’re referring to. You can go ahead and post it – I’ll delete it once they’ve gotten the message.

Also, I’m wondering if the issue could be something to do with licensing of modules.
I placed 2 orders in the same day.
On the first order, I ordered a custom which included DEUS as a licensed module.
So on the 2nd order, submitted shortly after, I also included DEUS, but the system recognised that I’d already licensed that module and didn’t charge me for it.
But as a new (customs) user, perhaps if someone just looked at my 2nd order, before viewing the first one, it might have gotten flagged up as an order with an unlicensed module?

Don’t know if this would be of any help… just trying to think about what might have gone wrong! :slight_smile:

Deleted your other post because I sent the information directly to the support. As for the licensing – I don’t think that’s the issue. If it was, you would’ve received an email that the order was on hold due to unlicensed modules. Most likely a delivery issue and it’ll either be rebuilt with a new link, or I’ll PM you the download link.

Support is working on it as we speak. Should be later tonight.
