Custom Delayed - Refund

Hello,

I have ordered a QTKS custom that was booked on May 14, 2026. It has now been 1 month and half, and still haven’t received the custom. It still appears [Processing]. Since it has been delayed for long, I have already paid for other types of custom meanwhile. I’d like to request for a refund.

What was the custom build? If it’s a shit tonne of cores and few modules that ain’t getting built
