Creative journaling exercise (would this count as scripting, trying not to interfere with the sub results)

So I had a question on a journaling practice I thought of trying, I’m not sure if anyone has addressed this and I’m not sure if its an actual practice but I was thinking about journaling my experience through out the day in first person (my perspective, the usual journaling), second person(from the perspective of someone around me, this I make up, obviously I cant read their minds lol) and the third perspective is from a narrator perspective. I thought of this exercise as a way to kind of get a different perspective on my experiences. I did this exercise when I was on my 2-3 month washout and so some huge shifts in the way I interacted with my coworkers and the world. I’m not sure if this would interfere with the subliminals, would need saint or fire to chime in on their wisdom.

The exercise
For example in 1st person: I went to the store today and felt super nervous and didn’t know why, I’m not sure if it was the recon hitting hard or just my nerves. While walking in the store I noticed a beautiful woman pass through my aisle and take a quick glance at me and go to the other aisle. I wanted to approach her but I got too much into my head and didn’t know what to do.

2nd person(from the perspective of the woman): As I walked in the store, I felt a cool breeze cool my skin as I entered the store. The hot summer weather was momentarily put on hold after entering the CVS. Passing though an aisle I noticed a handsome guy looking at some toothpaste and toothbrushes, he had a certain confident aura about himself that screamed I got my shit together. I noticed he looked back at me and I blushed immediately.

3rd person(from the perspective of the narrator observing the woman and the guy in the scene). As the summer scorched, John made his was to the store to search for some toothbrush and toothpaste. He was looking for the perfect toothpaste and toothbrush but couldn’t find it. He searched everywhere then, as if it was a calling from heaven, he noticed a gorgeous woman walk in the store, dressed in a beautiful sundress, blonde hair and blue eyes. She moved effortlessly through the aisle like she was a figure skater. She caught a glimpse of him and he caught a glimpse of her as she walked down the aisle with a smile.

I would rather see it as a creative form of Conscious Guidance.
In which way should it effect the subs negatively?
I see it rather as building a cognitive frame for you subconscious to better understand how it should work with the subs.

And if you want fire and saint notice your post, you need to tag them, for example with @AnswerGroup.

This is INCREDIBLE by the way but also would be totally fine. This is taking action. They say CONSTANTLY - JOURNAL.

“Scripting” and “alternate brain training” could be hypnosis, audiotapes, morphic fields, kundalini stuff, etc.

You are generating this exercise entirely on your own so it’s great.

ahh interesting, didn’t even think of it as conscious guidance. If it doesn’t have any negative effects then I’ll be journaling like this for the rest of my subliminal journey.

Thanks I’m still trying to figure how to use this site. I don’t know how to tag people on this forum.

awesome and thanks, just wanted to be on the safe side. I do a lot of creative writing as a hobby so it would be nice to incorporate this to my daily journaling. Also if it helps others too, even better.

I don’t see how it would interfere with subliminals, but it doesn’t make sense to me why someone would want to do this. This seems like overcomplicating and overthinking journaling for little in return, when much of that time could be spent focusing on your goals or taking action. It also isn’t very practical.

I am almost certain that the amount of time you spend doing this, is incomparable to focusing on your goals and taking action when it comes to getting the results you want. Both short-term and long-term.

How sure are you, that this is not a way for you to cope with getting out of your comfort zone? Because you can sit for hours a day and just journal like this without getting anywhere far in life.

Journaling isn’t a complicated thing. My journaling at this point, is nothing more than just me listing notable results in the day that I feel like are positive results. It takes me a daily 3-4 minutes maximum to journal.

This is all my personal opinion of course.

you make good points, I understand what you mean. So depending on how you go about it, it doesn’t take that long to be honest. It takes maybe 10 minutes but I’m used to writing a lot. I also journal my results btw, like what I noticed. I just do this journaling as a form of mental practice/rehearsal. Building better habits mentally first, perception and all in conjunction with action. Action usually follows after. To me it motivates me to take action much more readily.

The way I use this is, or plan to use this, is when an idea pops in my mind that’s really bold and fear inducing like lets say approaching two women at the same time and just being free , I’ll write about it in different scenarios till I get desensitized to it. Often times before doing said exercise I’ll be terrified but after I think, oh maybe it’s not that bad. Or if I get rejected, I journal to get a potential understanding and logical reasoning instead of being emotional about it, Or mentally practicing abstaining from certain activities that bring on strong strong urges before the urges come, so when they do, you’re mentally ready. I believe we do this subconsciously when we have negative feelings about something or an event, we play it in our minds and all the negative things that might happen. We all have a story that we tell our selves everyday for ex when someone cuts you off in traffic or when someone treats you bad etc., so why not flip that in your favor?

I would definitely say to do it then. In fact, it’s very likely that the subliminals themselves are playing a part in guiding you to this as your own unique strategy. It’s interesting if you look at the journals here, everyone has a very unique way of approaching their own development. All are valid.

Good luck in your travels, champ. Hope you get the results you’re looking for.

Your approach reminded me of the omnidimensinal module.

allowing the subliminal to work from an infinitely massive amount of angles.

Not an infinite amount but a bigger amount of angles.

A professor of mine once said (quoting someone else I think) “Humans evolved to let their ideas die instead of them”. Or in your case you let your ideas suffer from rejection and let them survive.
You convince your in er bodyguard that way, that all, that is out of your comfort zone, isn’t bad per se.

I think this is an awesome idea, in my opinion. Journaling on steroids. I like the way of detaching, you do with this method.

maybe it is, I did have alpha submodel (I think thats the name) so maybe. Thanks I appreciate it, you too. Always happy to see others succeed as well. I’m actually genuine curious to see other people’s journaling styles, might draw a lot of wisdom from them.

thats an interesting way of looking at it, I love that introspection, kind of makes you wonder how many ideas are still out there that people let die that could change people’s lives. That’s why I appreciate this community and @SaintSovereign for letting their ideas thrive.

I found this article also that might be of value too

I think it might actually be more potent to journal in second or third person honestly, at least according to the article on recalling memory as an observer. I was thinking 1st person, second and third but maybe just one perspective might save time and be more effective, who knows, I’ll try it and see how effective it is.

I’ll be running dragon reborn soon, was planning on using this strategy to address every memory that comes up that might be very emotional or traumatic and tackling it head on with this strategy.

That article is gold.
