Help me create a coaching custom.
Following requirements:
Please surprise me not with only obvious choices but also choose interesting combinations that could make sense.
First thing that came to mind (probably the obvious choices) was Destiny Directive and Chiron.
That are the two I want to include into my coaching custom once I’m back on that track in a few years.
I’ll surprise you tomorrow with some more insights 
Leader of men would be helpfull as well with many intelligent males.
Aside from Chiron and Destiny Directive;
I would consider S:Wisdom of the Ages + Mimisburn and/or Wisdom Personified.
S: One Above All + Leader of Men, Torchbearer, and Alpha of Alphas.
Iron Law and Breath of the Storm could find their way in, or maybe one or two of the focus modules, depending on the size you’re going for.
Virtue: Patience
Alexandria and Informaticon.
S: Tale of the Dragon
S: Words untold, or just Ultimate Writer.
Some cognitive modules depending on your needs and cores, such as Marvel Of Engineering, and result enhancers.
Chosen, of course.
Transcendental Connection for longterm coaching.
Empath and Way of Understanding to understand your opposite.
Great modules have already been recommended.
For Cores, I would recommend Chosen and Stark since you are in a highly technical field. Chosen and Stark Black could also work. Now that I think about it, Chosen + Limitless isn’t a bad idea too.
Chosen is a good staple for coaching for obvious reasons. No surprises there.

100% I’d go with ASBR as the core. No question here.
Amazing for sales, persuasion, commanding respect, idea generation, motivation on a business, inspiring other people, networking etc to get into corporations etc.
For the modules, Module Pack 14 (the NR pack… Perfect Avatar, One Purpose, Product Lab, Revelation Of Product Creation, etc.)
Also mountain breaker and use conscious guidance.
Also Achilles Heel, extremely useful when starting a business, to know what you need to develop and get help on.
I’d say call of honor, and code of loyalty. Engineers are extremely skeptical people, so, they’ll help build trust. Code of Loyalty specifically for clients to stay for a long time, and give referrals.
Torchbearer, AND the Synergy Pack it includes.
How about the core of ETWTP?

You’re in a corporation, playing with humans, one way or another, it’ll be most useful. It’ll help with leadership and will place you as the focal point in your settings.
May have to A/B style test with E:WTP and stacks. With and without. For me, WTP has the philosophical bend to it, and that’s my anecdote for it. Much akin to themes. Just like that as a solo Major title, it changes the theme/filter on perspective and the way information is analyzed and used. A transmutation to a state of flow, hemisphere connection, lightning communication and taking the right actions without too much thought.
The long method… if you want to know for sure, set some metrics for your objectives. See where EWTP takes them statistically. I don’t see anything negative about the program other than it just adding in a new focus to your overall program.
An important question is, are you self-employed and hired by different companies, having to negotiate every deal? That would also mean that you are creating and selling your own products.
Or are you employed by a big company like BMW, General Motors, etc, just coaching their teams every day?

So for the cores I nearly nailed it down.
Chosen is a must.
The second one was interesting with WTP to be inside the power dynamics of the team but coaching is a continuous learning process and therefore Limitless or Stark win over WTP.
Now diving deeper into the suggested modules.
