Today is my rest day. I’m not supposed to run the subs today but my mind is feeling this weird craving for the subs. Anyone ever felt that?

I had my wife listen to RICH ultima just once and she’s been fiending for more sub exposure ever since. I’ve also noticed a building kind of desire on my own rest days. Each rest day I want to get to my next listening a bit more than the last.

I experienced this in my initial days of SC .
During that time , I was not very aware of my recon / overload pattern . Not paying attention to recon symptoms.
One day , I was sleepless at night though I was tired . Then I re-read all the support articles of recon / overload. I came to the conclusion that I was in overload . I believe I played too many loops that day .
Then on , I really reconsider if I want to listen to that one extra loop .
Nowadays , I give importance to my emotional state / tiredness more than following the schedule .
Even if there is slight anger , I skip the loop.

It does happen sometimes. The craving for more while on rest days. Fight off the urges. (Easier said than done)

It happens to most everyone especially if you are a new user.
But in the end, it’s just a habit thing. You are used to listen to the subliminal on any given day compared to rest days.
The only way to solve this is to understand that even rest days is a habit and be aware that rest is important for the subliminal to work.
When you build a habit of both days when you run your stack and take rest days, your body will automatically adjust in due time.

Even on days where i have had crazy recon which isn’t often even when i had my crazy ass dense customs, i would crave to run them again.

It’s common. Just means your subconscious really likes the scripting. Unfortunately, it’s usually a precursor to reconciliation.

@SaintSovereign I get the same i crave to run emperor everyday and i have to stop myself its like a drug like brain needs more and more.
Sometimes i cannot sleep and its like i need to listen to the emperor custom to sleep wtf ?. Your wisdom and insights would be greatly appreciated.
I hope I don’t wake up one day and find the sub is controlling me
