Craving listening to more loops

Hello brothers,

Been listening to subs from different vendors for a few years, with fairly good results. The majority of these other vendors however have suggested i listen to their subs for a lot longer than SubClub does, some suggesting listening for upto 18 hours a day.

I’m sticking to the suggested listening as of right now (which has taken a lot more effort than i’d like to admit), 2-3 loops and i’m currently having my first rest day however i find myself just craving listening more.

I have pretty strong addictive tendencies and tend to do things to exhaustion, even when i started training i’d go 7 days a week until i injured myself. So basically i’m just trying to identify if this is another similar case and i need to be strict with myself to stay with what’s suggested. I’m finding that i’m improving and growing everyday and that i dont need a break, however i didn’t think i needed a break from the gym either.

I’ve also been reading about reconciliation and ways to deal with it, i’ve seen some suggest listening more whilst others listen less. How do you guys identify that you’re experiencing reconciliation? I’ve listened to different subs from different places for years and can’t say i’ve ever felt it, i’m just curious if it’s something obvious i’m missing.

Following for the recon ideas.

However be strict and follow the suggested routines. The owners know what they’re doing/saying. Plus, I know what you’re talking about with the pushing to exhaustion. Don’t do that.

Experimentation is great, and encouraged, but you most likely don’t need that many loops.

In my personal experience subclub subs are so powerfull that doing very little loops causes wayyy more results than doing to many. I got my most potent results on just a single loop a day for 5 days a week. To many loops in my experience causes very little results. As for reconciliation. What you can expect is things like all the negative things holding you back surfacing to the forefront and those believes feeling like theyre far worse than they actually are, headaches, feeling like you need to change subs has also been a fairly common one, and things like that. You wont always experience reconciliation but when its there it can be pretty bad for a little bit. After a few weeks at most it should be mostly gone though.

Exactly what I’ve been doing and it’s been working for me. For some people more people means more recon so not more results.

Personally I can gauge I’m going through recon from when I start getting headaches, my mood gets worse, feeling more tired(this is a big indicator for me).

I don’t know which subs you’re listening to from subclub but there’s a good chance they’re in Qv2 now. I’d start with 1 loop for each and do 5 days on with 2 rest days for the first week and then on the second week I’d increase it by 1 loop and gauge how you’re feeling if you start feeling some of the recon just drop a loop and you now know where you’re sweet spot lies.

But please do start with one loop if you’re on a Qv2 sub because they’re much stronger than the last version.

But anyways good luck on your journey man!

Although every one is different, I’d encourage you to start here. Some times less is more.
