Im pretty sure lots of people who use legacy use it before they do some physical activity but i forget that it says legacy also helps with mental strength. So when one is considering to fap or not it comes down to a battle of mental strength on whether you give in or dont. So when one is dealing in the moment to fap couldnt listening to legacy help boost ones mental strength in the moment to overcomes urges and cravings ?

I am on nofap day58…I know how it feels …man…just dont fight the urge …the thing you resist persists…instead use it to manifest…I mean literally…use the sexual drive…to visualize …to script your goals on a notebook…use it …dont waste that energy…it is a gift…currently…I am using primal seduction rebirth…and libertine…even though this is supposed to amp up my sexual energy…I am still feeling in control…you are better than this…you could use all the inner faculties…confront the triggers…notice what exactly triggers you to fap？…you could do it man…if I could do it …you could do it …I have faith in you…just like I have it in myself…wish you all the best…

I tried that. It’s not a bad idea actually. I was midly horny and was about to submit. But then I played legacy. The erection’s gone obviously and so is the urge. I also feel more inclined to do what I am supposed to rather than go back to porn.

When i have urges i will play legacy and report back. I do have a stop porn hypnosis from hypnosis download but i wanna test this out with legacy in the heat of the moment to see if it helps

Since running EQ I don’t feel the need to fap anymore (definitely not every day). If this would be an actual goal for me I would easily be able to do NoFap for extended an period of time.
