What would you be the HAPPIEST to see instant results in?
And then just focus on that.
And once you’ve done that and have some quick wins under your belt and want to commit to sub club for the long haul to change every aspect of you life, that’s when you can go ahead and stack everything together.
It won’t slow down your results, it’ll just spread them out to make them well rounded but less dramatic and visible in one specific area
