I’m confused by the ZP listening patterns.
We keep talking about 45 days per stack.
But then talking about 21 days.
Which is it?

I believe 45 days refers to the optimum period for integration of your stack before you switch, not so much as a listening pattern.

Hey man.
1 stack is run for 45 days (approx).
21 days is mentioned so that we can do a washout of 7 days after that.
Eg-
Days 1 to 21: Stack1
Days 22 to 28: Washout
Days 29 to 49: Stack1
Days 50 to 56: Washout
Days 57 to 77: Stack2
Etc

Where are the instructions that have a seven day washout after 21 days? The Zero Point Listening Instructions on the support site appear to have a five day washout after 21 days.

ZP is supposed to have some pretty awesome bloom. So, more rest days could let you experience more of that bloom.
