Hello everyone I have done a purchase today and did not receive a email or message that I placed an order. This is my first time buying a title so I’m not sure if I’m supposed to be receiving a confirmation. I looked at my dashboard and there’s nothing there aswell. Anyone that can help me out? I looked at the downloads too.

It may take a few minutes for the order to appear through your email, it also depend from where you bought the title and wich type of payment
If the problem persist or even right now, you should raise a help ticket!

@Melior hi I bought it from europe and through PayPal. It’s been around 1 hour now so I’m guessing its because of that? I will give it some more time then I will try to contact the support

do you see the transaction on your paypal account?
Only support can help you with this. Submit a ticket now…it can take 3-5 business days for a response.

@FireDragon no there’s no transaction even though the money has been taken from my bank account. I don’t understand how that happened

You can send screenshots through the ticket if you have a proof the money is gone without further notice it could help you resolve faster the issue ? Maybe ?

I just looked in our backend. There’s no new orders on either the SubliminalClub.com or the Q Store from the email address you used to sign up here at the forum, only one from April 7th for a free title. Are you sure you purchased a product from either of those URLs? We have a lot of scammers who are posting fake items on their stores and pretending it’s from us. Can you send me the URL where you purchased from? I’m sending you a private message now.
