A useful exercise.
Completion Statements
I am running a custom right now, so I did this for the modules in my custom, but it would work equally well for a major program.
It’s pretty straight-forward.
Let’s say I am running a custom that has the module Chiron in it.
Here’s the description of Chiron:
Chiron
Not all people have the gift of teaching – but now you will. Named after the legendary teacher Chiron who according to myth taught heroes such as Heracles, Achilles and Asclepius, you will become able to tap into what made Chiron such an incredible teacher. You will become a master at transferring the core concepts of your knowledge and doing so in the most understandable way to your students. You will learn how to better get through to your students and make them listen, as well as make them truly learn.
Okay, so you can see what Chiron is about.
And here’s what you do.
Imagine that it’s 3-5 years from now.
You ran Chiron in the past, and you ran it long enough that you felt completely satisfied. You really felt that you fully integrated the script and the potential of this subliminal module. It worked so well that you feel that it has long since become part of you, and, in fact, maybe 2 or 3 years ago, you stopped playing it, while continuing to experience that ongoing benefit of being an amazing, excellent, effective teacher.
In other words, you have “completed” Chiron.
Now make a statement that describes how you feel, what you notice about yourself, or what you can do since ‘completing’ Chiron.
For example:
“It’s so great to notice how every time I interact with someone who is learning from me, it feels effortless and natural for me to instantly understand the logic of how the person experiences life and of how they learn and add to their perceptions. Metaphors, concepts, and activities just spontaneously come into my mind that enable me to facilitate people’s growth and learning. It feels so natural and easy.”
That would be an example of a Completion Statement for Chiron.
Your completion statements will be uniquely tailored to you based on your life experiences, your dreams, your expectations, your own situation.
Now the truth is, there is no actual, objective completion in this Cosmos. You can always go further, evolve another step. But subjective completion is another matter entirely. Things can definitely reach a point where we are basically satisfied. We’ve developed enough, and we’re ready to do or to try something else or to attend to some other area.
So imagine that you’ve reached that point of subjective satisfaction. And then make a statement that describes how you feel, what you can do, or what you see as you observe your life from that point of satisfaction.
You can do it for the modules in a custom.
You can also do it for programs.
In fact, the cool thing about doing this with programs is that for inspiration you can actually refer to the lists of Objectives that are at the end of every major program description.
Look at each item and imagine how your life feels and what you are able to do as you complete and are fully satisfied with each one of those Objectives.
Notice what happens to your mood, to your mental clarity, to your motivation, as you allow your imagination to generate these statements and as you allow yourself to imagine how it feels for them to be true.
And there are also hidden benefits to this exercise…
