I don’t see why not. Although, I must ask:

  1. What are your goals for doing so?
  2. What is your experience with subliminals? SC-created subs and others?

Answering these questions can help others assist you better.

It looks pretty dense to me. But as it was mentioned by @d1gz we need to know those things.

That’s actually why I asked. If you’re a beginner to using subs, something lighter like Ascension or AM would be better. But then, it also depends on the goals and timeframe.

I’d encourage you to pick one and start with it. When you start to notice changes, then consider adding another one.
