Clarification on shorter Loops

Last time I’m going to ask anything related to this topic. As an example say I am running Phoenix and the New Emperor. This would be the potential schedule and enough for results?

Sunday - Phoenix 3 min
Monday - off
Tuesday- Emperor 3 min
Wednesday - off
Thursday - Phoenix 3 min
Friday - off
Saturday - Emperor 3 min

Rinse and Repeat

It would work if 3 mins is the best for you. You probably remember the older suggestions Saint had for Q and Pre-Q about starting at 1 loop per day, and increasing it each day until recon sets on, then dropping back down to the next lower number of loops for the day.
This stuff is the same.

Start smallest time, then work your way up until you see where the sweet spot is.

OR you can start with 15 (assuming 15 gives recon) and work your way down until you find where recon doesn’t happen.

The schedule looks good, of course. by the “rinse and repeat” you’d be off on that 2nd Sunday.

What if there are three titles?

Yes and No

My idea of a shorter loops is to get me into a state where I get the results right away. But this is not the complete script so when I get comfortable I will need to go listen to 15 min. It’s not exactly 3 or 8, I don’t get conscious about the exact duration (I trust myself on this one), but whenever I get comfortable I will listen to 15 min.

Ideally you’d do each solo to find Minimum Effective Dose (MED)

I started listening to full loops but towards the end of the cycle the recon was bad and had to take an early wash out. Now I listen to 7m loops and it works ok. At the end of the cycle I listen to the 15m loops because I know that the wash out is coming.
You will have to see for yourself what works for you.
