Can anyone clarify a bt the concept of major core module? for example, emperor contains full script of sex mastery, is anything from sex mastery ported to emperor core module?

Yes, the emperor core will contain the whole program emperor, which include the sex mastery.
Thing is, the Q store is meant to help you create your own sub, if you want emperor, run emperor core and then add the modules you want to add focus on.
