[CHOSEN ZP] Day 1

Hello, this is my first post in the community. Nice to meet yall.
This is a place for my journalings for the Chosen ZP subliminal.
I will attempt to log my progress daily along with feelings or events that occur that I feel Chosen may have helped manifest.

Day 1

(Set Up)
I attempted to follow the instructions but I sort of “paused and rewinded” through first loopthrough because I was trying to figure out the audio. Eventually I decided to listen on my iPhone speakers (around 50%) volume. The second loop through was a continuous, non-stop playback.

(Post Listen)
I bought the subliminal and listened for the first time in the evening. After listening, I did feel a nice sense of peace and calmness. It felt a little “weird” listening to ultrasonic subliminals as they don’t have audible sound but I did feel some tingling at times within my ears. Going forwards, I will try to listen more earlier in the day.

(Overall Day)
It wasn’t a bad day but would not consider it a good day either. Truthfully speaking, I’ve been in a bit of a rut these past couple days. I know changing some of my habits and listening to Chosen will help immensely. So yeah, that’s all I have for Day 1. Here’s to an awesome future

It may hit you a bit later but Chosen changed my life literally the day after I used it. I was in a depressive rut for a LONG time before December 1st (Chosen’s release date) and I was close to the edge, literally, and it changed me within one use for real. That’s not me trying to hype you up about it, just that it was a fact for me.

You’ve got this my dude.

Welcome to SubClub!

I’d go with masked for headphones. Avoid ear issues in the future. Not to mention, Solace (the name for our proprietary mask) is very easy to listen to and the track is only 15 minutes.

Hey man, thanks for reaching out.

So you’re recommending I listen to the masked version over the ZP version? But isn’t the ZP version “better” than the masked? Im just a little confused on how loud to listen to the ZP version despite trying to use a frequency analyzer app to figure out the dB levels. Is 50% volume too loud on iPhone 12 speakers?

The ZP version comes in both masked and ultrasonic format, both of which are available in your downloads. The What’s the Best Way to Listen to a Subliminal? and Introduction to Zero Point articles might help clarify things.

The Zero Point version comes with both masked and ultrasonic formats. Make sure when you download the file, you grab the one that says (All Files + Manual). That’s the ZP download. I think you grabbed our Qv2 version, which is older tech. We’re going to remove those soon, we’re just giving people time to download them all.

CHOSEN doesn’t have the Qv2 version. It is the first ZP title.

But the download instructions still stand. Download the file shown in the pic below:

Unzip it and use the Masked track which has a trickling water audio in it.

If this is the only title you are listening to, run 1 or 2 loops of it every other day.

All the best and welcome to SubClub, @techno

Appreciate all the support and advice guys. I was confusing ZP and the ultrasonic format as the “same” thing. I’ll use the masked format of ZP going forwards. I just wanna make sure: I can use standard earbuds correct? I have the wired apple earbuds but they are not on the “approved list”. Is that okay? I used the ultrasonic version my first time and I didn’t go above 50% using my iPhone speaker. What is the main difference between the two versions by the way? Is it that the Masked has lower ultrasonic volume compared to Ultrasonic? Once again, thanks for hep.

From the List of Certified Subliminal Club Headsets and Earbuds for Maximum Results article:
“Please note that you do NOT need these headphones to get results from our products”

The What’s the Best Way to Listen to a Subliminal? and What is an Ultrasonic Subliminal? articles may help answer that.
