I keep wondering how having a creative outlet might be a boon for getting the most out of subs. I am a visual artist, play multiple musical instruments and have done quite a bit of improv comedy.
I feel like there is a way of activating the imagination and dealing with the unknown that could be very relevant.

I’ve decided to suspend running subs again for the time being. I’ve found myself forgetting to do it as of late.
I guess switching to Lovebomb was a bad idea for me. I lacked enthusiasm for running it.

I had been running an old ultrasoniq pre-q version of Ascension on a loop in my office since suspending all other listening back in August of 2022. Today I turned that off, too.
