I tried to input my order # into the webpage for status checking, however there doesn’t seem to be any results. I would love to know when my custom will be completed. My order number is #2030008. Thank you, I would like to have the Q-Engineer to look into this.
First of all, you posted this under “Journals - Custom Subliminals” which is not correct unless you’re Journaling about a custom.
Second, you need to tag the appropriate people. You type “@” and the first letter until it shows up. You’d want to tag @RVconsultant @AnswerGroup to get a reply related to your order.
They seem pretty busy atm.
Also, if you’ve ordered a custom with too much cores, it might lead to problems with the software which can delay the whole process.
