Last night I ran ASBR and Alchemist, 30 seconds each.
What I noticed is that I only get reconciliation in the form of tiredness, no anxiety. But what I also noticed is that when I run full loops, like I ran Sanguine: The elixir and my 7 core custom (all total physical shifting cores, except sanguine) - full loop each, 3 days ago. I didn’t get 30 times more tired, at most, it was 2 times the fatigue and it lasted only 3 days, and was receding everyday.
And exercise really helps with that, because my right nostrils gets blocked during the pranayam and it’s a sign of fatigue, which makes the whole process of inhalation and exhalation difficult. But I realized brief exercise helps with it, at least temporarily, so I’m going to incorporate more exercise in my morning routine.
What do you mean 7 core custom? As in 1 custom with 7 Core or multi customs with 2-3 cores each?
The former
Third rest day of Khan ST4 and WB, full loop each. Feeling a strong confusion and anxiety about wether they’re stackable or not in terms of getting results with women, wealth etc. Feels like the part where it’s receiving end from Khan (as in interest from women and wealth) is filled with WB’s proactive part.
Going to take more rest days and asses, because if I can’t get results from these 2 titles with the state that I’m in, then I don’t know if anyone can.

You were right brother, Khan(the new one)+WB doesn’t provide results and it’s overkill in a sense. With thr combo you attract people from both circles, the fun ones and the powerful ones, and you repel them with the other archetype simultaneously. So you’re just stuck in one place. Don’t recommend this combo at all. I would say impossible to reconcile, each pushjng towards exact opposite directions. I also noticed unusually blocked nostrils, for 3 days or so, and that’s a lot for subliminal reconciliation and it seemed like it was about to continue like this forever, my mind pushing towards two opposite identities. In my opinion, some of the scripts in these 2 title hit someone on deepest levels of their subconscious. And the changes are evident on every part of one’s lifestyle rather than just their social life. There was a lot of struggle in the discipline part towards my spiritual practice, I did it anyways, but there was a lot of anxiety. The anxiety that WB was supposed to regulate with the emotional regulation, was pushed to action with Khan and I was having OCD about small details in my practice, and my life.
So yesterday, I listened to 4 minutes of WB and all of a sudden everything smoothed out. Now I’m having proper reconciliation in a particular direction and it’s me accepting he letting go or the self-love part of WB where it liberates me from the need for control or making money directly. Jumping into the unknown rather than the clarity of Khan, and yeah, these anxieties are there.
In my experience, WB is more inner work than outer work like Khan where you achieve things by taking actions in the outside world, on WB, you achieve them on the inside then the results appear on the outside. But I’m telling you, it’s not easy, there’s anxiety in terms of ego and future plans as in I’m not chasing success in a “masculine” manner, what am I going to do. There’s insecurity about future and success.
It’s like WB already assumes all the achievements that a Khan has had during his lifetime.
But here’s the thing, there’s tough reconciliation on this title, it’s the Emperor Black of social titles in a sense, where Khan is the chosen of social titles, (I know chosen is a social title, but it’s core is positivity rather than ambition) where EB is inner work and chosen is outer work in a sense, don’t want to get to philosophical, but what I wanna say is that when one expand their inner life with WB, then the puter results of Khan manifest themselves in a way, it’s like you’re already a king, so you emotionally regulate when lower people disrespect you rather than confronting them like a Khan or even flatter some others. But when they don’t expect it you surprise them lol.
Except Stark Black which I don’t have much idea about, seems like the black titles are more inner work reflected outside than outer work.
