Changes to my customs; washout required?

@SaintSovereign (or anyone who knows for sure)

I have been running a stack of 3 customs for about 3 weeks now, but I have come to feel it’s overloaded and not focused enough.
I’m 3 weeks in and don’t want to waste another X weeks waiting for the end of my cycle, when I’ve already realised I made a poor choice and want to change it.

Have rebuilt them with 1 less core and fewer modules (less than 10) in each custom.

My question is, in this scenario, is it advisable to do a 5 day washout?
Or just continue on with the updated custom, bearing in mind that the cores and most of the modules in the new customs are the same as the old ones?

If you want further info…

One of the customs, as mentioned here previously, was a 3-core custom with Wanted, Diamond & RotNW. In fairness, I’ve run Wanted and Diamond for about 5 months previously each, so it’s not quite as bad as it seems, but yeah, I think it’s still too much.

I’ve rebuilt the 3 customs, dropping the RotNW core and reducing the modules to less than 10 in each custom. I may even drop the Wanted custom completely and just run the Emperor/Peace custom and Paragon Sleep single-core custom.
Still deciding on that one.
But yeah, what washout period, if any, is recommended in this somewhat unusual scenario?

Thank you

Yeah washout would be good

Especially if you’re feeling overloaded

I actually get an influx of integration on my washout days so I really like them

Thanks for your response, much appreciated!
The only problem is… I actually don’t want to wash out lol, or at least, I don’t want to wash out from Paragon Sleep mid-cycle as I’ve done this once previously and I just get terrible sleep for the 5 washout days :disappointed_relieved:

I’m running Paragon Sleep to help with a nasty bout of insomnia, for the record. And the good news is that it’s working.

But I guess I can’t keep running it whilst doing a ‘washout’, right?

Oh I see

Yeah insomnia sucks, I used to have it too

That’s really good to hear!

Nah, a washout lets everything execute without more input

I’d just solo the Paragon sleep custom then for a week or two and then assess how your mind is feeling and if its still overloaded

Or even just finish the cycle with just that custom because by your washout you’ll probably have integrated much more that the dips in sleep might be a lot less

It should give your mind breathing room too

5 day washout recommended
