Car accident created psychological trauma

I’ve been in a pretty bad car accident and as a passenger I saw all of it happen without being in control of the driving.

A car coming in the opposite direction wasn’t paying attention and went into our lane going around a curve on a two-lane highway. He went straight instead of curving with his lane. It was completely his fault and admitted it immediately after the accident. If the driver in my car hadn’t reacted in time it would have been a headon collision (we were both driving 50mph). It totalled the car the rear of the car was destroyed.

Now after the accident when I’m driving and going around a curve in the road similar to the accident I get a reactive somatic response like a mini panic attack. It happens at least once every time I drive now.

What sub could I run that would help with this?

regeneration, if it’s intense, I’d even start with a name embedded title GLM + Essence: Inner Spa - that combo feels the same, but is way more sustainable, and is about containing the chaos within and turning it into order, handling chaos better (GLM), as much as it’s about healing and working through chaos/trauma (regen)

My experience of it anyways ^

Spartan Apex, Hero Origins, or subs with nervous system regulation may fit the bill.

Since it’s context specific and you’re already exposing yourself to it when you drive, seems like a sub that’ll help you trust your body to respond to the present moment and let go of the fear of what-if should help you breathe through the curves.
