It’s been awhile. I’m a rube, I’m sure, but I cannot purchase a new product since I have forgotten my password and I do not get a reset email to reset it. It’s been 2-3 days now. I do wait a few hours between requests, lol…just now its been more like 15 mins in between. Anyway, hope you all are doing well. Not sure how to access my account and update my prior purchases, etc. Can’t submit a ticket since I cant log in, lol. Cheers.

Gmail is known not to work properly with the setup. They don’t know why, only that there’s an issue. If you use Gmail, this might very easily be the cause.
If you have Gmail, I’d open another email account (not with Gmail) open a new account with support and tell them your challenge. -
Forum, support, shop and Q-Store need an individual account.
If it’s Gmail, then ensure that you have “Sync Gmail” ticked yes.
General settings > choose your Gmail account > scroll down to Data Usage.
Then check your spam folder
