I’m sorry to keep posting the same question. I ordered it 3 weeks ago, but it hasn’t arrived yet, so I’d appreciate it if you could check it!! #2027658.
Maybe you should try tagging @RVconsultant and @AnswerGroup you might actually get a response. Also submit a support ticket if you have not already done so. @Fire had replied to Niles on another thread that support was being gone through today and things will be dealt with soon.
I don’t know if you order a custom for the first time or not so to be sure:
-Did you purchased all the modules in your custom beforehand?
-Did you build the title or maybe just purchased the modules?
-In your orders screen is it still tagged as processing or completed? maybe you missed the mail or it did end up in spam mail folder…
-Did you check your bank account about if the payment go through ok?
-After your order did you receive the Quintessence shop mail that your order has been received?
-How many modules was in the custom? maybe it was below the required number etc…
Will have it resolved by end of day. Looks like the order got stuck and the software glitched, didn’t send us the notification to manually process the order. My apologies for the delay.
