Folks, I can log into the purchase side.

I can’t log into support. It tells me my password is wrong.

Just to be clear not wrong for purchase but wrong for support.

I have a question. How best to get this question to you folks?

You need your own registration for support. Everything is separate. Forum, support and shop.
