I would like to ask if it’s possible that listening to 3 minutes of TEOG st2 + 3 minutes of ASBR + 30 seconds of Primal Nights could cause me to experience dizziness for three consecutive days along with ringing in my ears? I’ve been feeling this way for three days now, and the doctors tell me it might be related to my cervical spine.
You’re not listening to the ultrasonics with headphones on are you?
If you’ve been listening to the ultrasonics with headphones, you’re on the right track for some tinnitus!
No, I only listen to masked, I never listened to 3, I was listening to the first two without PN for 5 minutes and I lowered it to 3 because my head hurt a lot, I’ve been listening to the first 2 for 3 months. But since that night when I added PN I’m dizzy and my ears are ringing, I went to the doctor but everything is fine and they only tell me it’s my cervical spine, it never happened to me.
It seems you’ve been with SubClub for a few years now and using ZP for a while.
Since this issue has only recently arisen, it’s unlikely to be related to the subs.
If you’ve experienced head pain from listening before, that’s clearly a concern.
When it becomes intense, it’s best to take a break.
Has this been a frequent occurrence, or is it a more recent development?
I’d recommend giving yourself a good rest and having your hearing and inner ear checked out.
No, just by listening to ASBR 5 min + TEOG 5 min was the intense headache, I lowered it to 3 min and added PN 30 sec and in the morning I woke up with dizziness that has been the same for 3 days now.
It’s good that you’ve consulted a doctor. Since the symptoms persist, it might be worth following up with a specialist, such as an ENT or audiologist, to rule out other causes, like inner ear issues. It’s also possible that the combination of factors, including sensitivities, may have led to overstimulation. Pausing subliminals for a few days, staying hydrated, and giving your mind time to recover could help.
Ultimately, you know your body best, and taking proactive steps to ensure your comfort and well-being is always important.
Only reason you’d have tinnitus is if you played extremely loud ultrasonic on headphones for prolonged periods of time, consistently. We have covered this and warned against this extensively - saying this for everyone else, as it seems you’re listening to masked.
Everything else is unrelated to our subliminals.
@Starman is correct. I’ll also add that it’s common for people to think any and all kinds of symptoms are subliminal related - 99.9% of the time, they are not.
Life happens. Disorders, injuries, illnesses, accidents and unfortunes happen, and would have happened with or without subliminal usage. Such is life.
Finally, I’ll add one of @SaintSovereign’s favorite quotes:
What did they say about cervical spine?
Disc issue?
Just wanted to share my experience! My recent tomography scans and check-ups with the traumatologist all came back normal. However, I realized I never listened to 3 sub, and the next day, something unexpected happened. This is just my personal observation—I’m not criticizing subliminals at all, as I know they work differently for everyone. Maybe it’s a coincidence, but I thought I’d mention it in case others have similar experiences. Thanks for understanding!
Just wanted to update—I’m still experiencing dizziness since last Friday. I’m keeping an eye on it and staying hydrated/resting, but it’s persisting longer than I expected. Has anyone else dealt with prolonged effects like this after trying a subliminal or adjusting their routine? Not sure if it’s related, but I’m sharing in case others have insights. Hoping it eases soon! Thanks for the support, everyone.
The cervical spine is definitely a likely candidate. I’m not a doctor, but I myself have experienced experienced occasional dizziness in relationship to specific stimuli to the point it can cause loss of balance. It’s isolated, but what you’ll usually find in the onset is a pressure in the spot behind the head where the neck/cervical spine joins with the brain, sometimes called the jade pillow. It can manifest as a prickling sensation or heat/pressure in the region, coupled with a tendency to overheat.
There are a lot of nerves in that region of the head, and especially if you’ve ever been involved in a fall or a car accident this sort of thing can lie dormant yet still remain present and only manifest in odd situations. Might be worth exploring that possibility with your doc.
First, if you really think that subliminal audio is causing dizziness, please stop all use immediately. However, I can completely attest that there’s nothing in EoG, ASBR or Primal Nights that would cause dizziness or tinnitus, especially since you ruled out using ultrasonic.
The only other subliminal related reason would be listening to the masked track at too high of a volume. But dizziness and tinnitus hasn’t been reported as a side effect of the subliminal audio script itself. Only if the the title was played at a high volume – which could cause tinnitus in the same manner as all loud audio would.
Thank you! I’ve been using subliminals for a while now, and this is the first time I’ve encountered something like this. I wanted to see if others have had similar experiences to rule out any patterns. Personally, I suspect it might be tied to the work-related and emotional stress I’ve been under recently. Appreciate everyone’s input!
I have dealt with tinnitus, not dizziness.
This was during my core of using subs, but in my case, it was likely caused by an upper respiratory issue during COVID-19.
It is not an issue now; the majority of the time, sometimes it comes, when I’m dealing with a lot and then it simply goes away. I have attuned sensitivity that I didn’t before
After ruling out all the medical reasons for potential tinintus
Hearing loss, cervial spine issues, brain MRI etc.
I have a very different perspective on it
In my experience and limited study, anything that causes muscular tension, especially in the neck or jaw area can cause tinnitus.
And so can an overfixation on something we all always experience.
I do not attribute subs to tinnitus, but anytime there is lots of mental and emotional activity, resistance, or anxiety, for people prone to, or have those symptoms, it can exacerbate it. In my experience and reading.
I would personally take time some time off subs, rule out all medical or concerning causes for it, and then try small amounts of Paragon. I’d also recommend reading this book.
As uncomfortable/disconcerting as it may be, and as long as you are smart and rule out any underlying medical causes, I would not be concerned, it can go just as easily as it appeared.
Is the subliminal title taking you into a new direction in your life?
Tinnitus and dizziness in a metaphorical sense could mean that the information you’re listening to is so new and paradigm shifting that your mind is reacting to the instructions with hearing issues. Dizziness again could be your “inner landmarks” shifting and changing.
2 listens of 30 sec of sanguine and 30 secof paragon solved 95% of the problem!
Thanks SC
I’d also recommend getting a massage and do some deep stretching. That sounds like muscle tension and relaxation issues.
