Can I run LoTs with major healing programs like DRR?

I know the answer to this is probably gonna be “sure if you can make it work, go for it”

I’m running DRR(st1) and afterwards I want to get to Khan Black and Alchemist to reach AEON. I know DRR is not required for AEON, but I 'm running it because I felt pulled towards it.

My question here is, can I run LoTs or a physical shift custom with the major above programs? I keep hearing that physical shifting requires a lot of energy, so I’m just trying to understand how this would affect running it with a major program like DRR/KB/Alchemist?

Would it help if the physical shift had MDFY: Freedom?

The main concern is, I want to be able to run LotS/physical shift custom while still retaining the full benefits of the major programs. Getting watered down results and committing long term to them would be pointless. And I feel like to get real benefits from physical shift, you have to commit long term to that as well. So taking a break from major programs to go 3 months physical shift would also be pointless IMO. I want to be able to run physical shift long term with the major titles. I will keep the stack 2 at a time and just want to make I can utilize both and not have 1 dilute the other.

Khan Black will help with stimulating more energetic flow so it will increase the effectiveness of physical shifting.

DRR is a different story, but if you keep it at 2 subs only it should be fine.

You can try starting with only Lots for 10 days or so to feel it out and add DRR afterwards and compare how it impacts the experience and decide from there.

I’d like to add a little more nuances to my previous post.

If you keep your stack at only 2 subs you will get good results on both regardless, especially if you plan on keeping LotS for longer term and only switch one other sub, which is a wise choice since physical changes takes time and dedication, it will not be wasted time at all if you stick to only 2 subs.

The truth is you get quicker results running only one sub regardless if it’s physical shifting or other, but who can afford this considering the amazing selection of subs and the multiplicity of life experiences that exist.

The only exception I know of is Khan Black since it opens and stimulate energy pathways. In my experience KB actually gives me more ripped body on its own, because as @SaintSovereign answered me on this, he suspects it increases testosterone, so it’s a perfect program to pair with LotS.

One listening pattern you could try to optimize focus is listen to only one sub per listening day, like Monday DRR and Wednesday LotS, Friday DRR, Sunday LotS, etc…

This is just my personal opinion based on my experience of subs >>> this way you get full focus for a couple days on one subject, even though it all blends together within your subconscious eventually, it allows for more focus and breathing room for the subs to be processed on their own and bloom.

Just an idea you can experiment with and see how it feels for you.

Cheers

I often recommend DRR for healing, but it’s important to note that it’s not an entry-level title. However, since DRR is an updated version, it shouldn’t be too difficult for you to get into.

That said, I’d still approach DRR cautiously and avoid pairing it with Khan Black. Instead, you can pair it with LoTs or any other titles without limitations.

One thing I’ve learned from SC is that it’s not about chasing the best titles—it’s about finding the benefits that suit your needs. So, take your time and don’t rush the process.

It took me a while to truly appreciate Dragon Reborn, but once I did, transitioning to other titles became much easier.

I want to add one perspective.

KB in its later stages is a huge boost to physical shifting titles.

BUT, at least in my experience, the first stage itself needs lots of energy. It’s the cleansing and restructuring of your energetic setup.
During this stage I was tired and my body ached a lot. This needed 2.5 cycles to resolve.

I probably wouldn’t recommend running KB1 with LotS. I’d either pause LotS for KB1, or start with it before you start your lots journey.
But KB1 with DRR? I don’t know either.

Interesting perspective about KB.

Your experience with it really shows how different we all respond to subs.

I have ran KB1 the most and KB2 second most, and maybe just a couple loops of KB3 and KB4.

And KB1 for me is a powerhouse, KB2 didn’t feel nearly as powerful on its own but I had a really good experience stacking stage 1 and 2.

KB3 I stayed away because of the uncontrollable power I felt with it after just a short loop compared to KB1 which feels more deep and grounded to me, like infinite stamina and clarity of mind.

KB4 I felt almost nothing with it so I didn’t bother.

Yes I’ve seen this mentioned multiple times, that KB can fuel physical shift in a big way. I may indeed wait till I get to KB3 sometime next year before starting my physical shift custom.

I will probably just do my entire DRR cycle stacked with Paragon Sleep to see if I can fix my sleep once and for all.

Side question; playing titles at different lengths don’t affect the shorter one? What I mean by this, playing DRR 3 min and Paragon Sleep 12 min. This shouldn’t affect DRR at all right?

Interesting. May have to try this.

Ya I’m currently on ST1 and I’m starting to see why people love this sub so much.
